What this zone does
Most AgriTech dies in the demo. The Incubator gives founders something no laboratory can: 50,000 instrumented trees, a working packhouse and a real export corridor to test against.
Two cohorts of ten run each year. Residents get orchard block access, JUDE data feeds, mentorship from the estate's agronomy and export teams, and a route to commercial deployment.
Technologies that prove themselves are adopted into estate operations or licensed across the outgrower network — the estate is both sandbox and first customer.
How It Runs
- 01ApplyVentures apply against a defined estate problem statement.
- 02DeploySelected residents receive blocks, data access and a mentor pairing.
- 03ProveA measured pilot runs across a full production cycle.
- 04ScaleValidated tools are adopted on-estate or licensed to the network.
Operating Commitments
- Every resident allocated a measurable pilot with baseline data
- Venture IP remains with the founder
- Adoption decision issued within one production cycle
Inside the zone, end to end
Live Block Access
Allocated orchard blocks for controlled field deployment and measurement.
JUDE Data Feeds
Sandboxed telemetry access so ventures build against real estate data.
Operator Mentorship
Agronomy, post-harvest and export leads embedded with each resident.
Patent Support
IP guidance and filing support for validated innovations.
Quarterly Showcase
Demonstration days to partners, institutions and investors.
Adoption Pathway
Proven tools deployed on-estate or licensed across the network.
Venture Readiness Scorer
Score a venture across the four criteria the estate uses to select each cohort and see the indicative pathway.
Can it be deployed on a live block this cycle?
Does it build on JUDE telemetry rather than replace it?
Does it move yield, quality or cost for growers?
Can it license across the outgrower network?
Selection Outcome
Pilot Track
Conditional pilot on a single block, reviewed at mid-cycle.
