What this zone does

The plant sits minutes from the orchard, so fruit that does not make the export grade never travels to become a loss. It is graded, diverted and processed inside the same shift.

Six lines run under one roof: fresh pack, puree and concentrate, dried and confection, cold-press juice, cosmetic-grade butter and oils, and biomass energy recovery.

The result is a single harvest with six revenue routes and a zero-waste balance sheet — the physical proof of the estate's circularity claim.

How It Runs

  1. 01IntakeField crates arrive pre-cooled and are weighed against the harvest record.
  2. 02GradeFruit is graded A/B/C and diverted to export, value-add or industrial lines.
  3. 03ConvertEach stream is processed, packed and batch-coded to its destination market.
  4. 04RecoverResidue is routed to extraction and biomass energy — the loop closes.
