Once a call-off becomes a consignment, the buyer sees exactly what the Somanya Express control room sees: stage, elapsed hours, cold-chain integrity score and projected arrival.
Every pallet carries a DataTrace logger writing temperature and humidity into the shipment record. A breach is flagged the moment it happens, not on arrival.
The tracking record is the operational twin of the provenance ledger — one is live, the other is immutable.
