How this capability works
The Availability Desk is the buyer-facing view of the estate's export book. Every lot carries a variety, grade, pack format, count size and a status: Ready, Forward or Reserved.
Ready lots are graded and in the cold store. Forward lots are volumes the yield model has committed to a harvest week with 95–98% confidence. Reserved lots are already allocated to a retail programme and shown for transparency, never for sale.
Because the book is generated from JUDE rather than a spreadsheet, buyers never chase availability by email — the number on screen is the number in the packhouse.
